Director of Human Resources

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
• Partner with Business Unit leaders on escalated employee relations and compliance matters
• Oversee employee relations investigations and manage core HR operations for a multi-state workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
• 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility
• Experience supporting operational or field-based teams strongly preferred
• Construction, roofing, or manufacturing industry experience a plus
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or advanced degree highly desired
