Key Responsibilities

• Shape company culture and enhance employee experience through intentional practices
• Build and maintain scalable HR systems and processes for onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle
• Oversee recruiting processes and improve candidate experience while ensuring high-quality hiring

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of HR experience, particularly in digital health or healthcare technology
• Proven experience scaling a startup from Series A to Series B/C or beyond
• Understanding of care delivery, business operations, and technology team dynamics
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment law and compliance considerations
• Ability to operate independently as the senior HR leader while building a high-performing HR team
