Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage recruitment strategies and HR operations

• Conduct workforce planning and collaborate on succession planning initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• SHRM-CP preferred; Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR operations
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and strategic HR initiatives
