Director of Human Resources

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources to lead and scale global HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across multiple geographies (U.S., Mexico, EU)
• Partner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives
• Design and implement initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership of multi-location or multinational teams
• Strong functional expertise across core HR disciplines
• Experience managing HR in multiple countries (U.S. required; Mexico and/or EU experience preferred)
• Software as a Service (SaaS) industry experience
