Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategies and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including compliance and employee relations
• Drive workforce planning initiatives and analyze workforce trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• SHRM-CP preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR tools
