Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to executive and senior leadership teams, translating business strategy into HR priorities
• Drive large-scale change initiatives and partner with leaders to improve organizational health and performance
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent education and work experience
• Minimum of 7 years' human resources experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Experience in a union work environment preferred but not required
• Experience managing and developing a team of HR direct reports
