Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with state laws and accurate employee compensation
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and processes to support a positive organizational culture and manage employee relations
  • Collaborate with the Director, Talent & Culture on onboarding, coaching, and overall People & Culture strategy
Required Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience in human resource administration with mid- to large-size organizations
  • At least 2 years of experience actively managing payroll, preferably with Paylocity
  • Knowledge of employment law statutes and regulations, including FLSA, COBRA, and ERISA
  • Experience with leave management, including workers' compensation and FMLA
  • Ability to think strategically and proactively troubleshoot issues
