Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior partnership with C-level executives
• Experience supporting a fully remote organization
• Strong background in recruiting, people operations, and employee relations
• Experience in high-growth, investor-backed environments preferred
