Director of Human Resources

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Human Resources to lead and scale the people function in partnership with the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the HR leader, partnering with company leadership to support organizational priorities and business growth
• Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and advise on employee relations and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant leadership experience
• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced organizations preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent)
