• Manage and develop the Recruiting and HR Operations teams
• Design and execute HR programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior HR leadership role
• Proven track record in a high-growth B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology company
• Experience building and scaling HR functions across multiple geographies
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience partnering with Sales, Engineering, and Product leadership teams
