Job Summary

Seeking a pragmatic and business-oriented Director of Human Resources, this full-time remote position will oversee HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition while driving a culture of excellence and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a culture of excellence by setting clear expectations for accountability and continuous improvement
• Act as a business partner by providing practical guidance to managers on organizational and people challenges
• Lead performance management processes, ensuring fair and transparent outcomes for employee performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior HR or People Operations role
• Proven people-management experience outside of HR, with an understanding of business operations
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor law, EEO compliance, and HR best practices
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations with a professional approach
