Job Summary
Seeking a pragmatic and business-oriented Director of Human Resources, this full-time remote position will oversee HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition while driving a culture of excellence and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Drive a culture of excellence by setting clear expectations for accountability and continuous improvement
- Act as a business partner by providing practical guidance to managers on organizational and people challenges

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior HR or People Operations role
- Proven people-management experience outside of HR, with an understanding of business operations
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor law, EEO compliance, and HR best practices
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations with a professional approach
