Job Summary

Managing the overall human resources function, the full-time Director of Human Resources will develop and implement HR plans and procedures, supervise HR staff, and oversee recruitment and employee development strategies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and administer HR plans and procedures for organizational staff while managing departmental activities
  • Oversee recruitment efforts, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to create and manage compensation and benefits strategies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred
  • Six to ten years of related experience with at least two years in a supervisory role
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Experience with multi-state HR compliance and knowledge of PEOs
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and HRIS/ATS software
