Director of Human Resources

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the CEO, the full-time remote Director of Human Resources will develop and oversee HR strategies for 52 retail centers, managing employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's growth and culture
• Foster a positive and inclusive employee relations environment while leading engagement and retention initiatives
• Oversee compensation structures and ensure compliance with labor laws across all locations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years managing HR employees
• Prior industry experience in retail or multi-location environments
• Experience with HR/payroll systems, preferably Rippling
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar HR certification (preferred)
