Job Summary

Overseeing the human resources functions, the full-time Director of Human Resources will manage recruiting, training, payroll, and benefits departments while ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a high-performing company culture in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer human capital resource plans and procedures related to personnel
• Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast staffing needs and build talent pipelines
• Oversee HR administration processes, including compliance, recruitment, and employee relations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 15+ years of experience as an HR Generalist
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager overseeing a team of 8 or more
• Demonstrated analytical and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with C-Level Executives
