Job Summary
To support a growing veterinary telemedicine company, the full-time remote Director of Human Resources will manage the entire employee lifecycle, serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, and develop competitive compensation and performance management processes.
Key responsibilities
- Own the people strategy and HR operations across the employee lifecycle
- Advise the CEO and executive team on organizational design, performance, and employee relations
- Design and implement performance management processes, including goal setting and employee feedback
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in human resources or organizational leadership
- 3+ years leading the HR function in a high-growth or rapidly changing company
- Experience supporting a distributed, multistate workforce
- Strong analytical orientation with the ability to use data for decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to operate as both a strategic partner and a hands-on HR leader
