Job Summary

To support strategic business initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Human Resources will serve as a key business partner, aligning workforce strategies with business operations while working remotely across various states.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to business strategy development and decision-making by aligning workforce aspects with business goals
• Promote best practices and foster collaboration across departments to implement effective HR solutions
• Evaluate organizational effectiveness and design solutions to ensure alignment with company direction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and ten years of progressively responsible experience in HR or a related field
• Demonstrated success as a strategic thought leader within complex organizations
• Advanced knowledge of human resource functions and processes, as well as business objectives and strategies
• Experience in conducting comprehensive needs analyses and implementing organizational development initiatives
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering results
