Job Summary
Responsible for developing and growing strategic relationships with online resellers and digital partners, the remote Director of HVAC Partnerships will drive revenue growth through partnership opportunities, digital integration initiatives, and scalable programs focused on customer acquisition and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for online reseller and marketplace partners
- Build executive-level relationships with key stakeholders in eCommerce and digital operations
- Lead integration initiatives and monitor marketplace trends to identify new opportunities
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace partnerships, or business development
- Strong understanding of online reseller business models and digital commerce ecosystems
- Experience managing enterprise-level partnerships and strategic accounts
- Familiarity with API integrations, EDI transactions, and order automation workflows
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
