Job Summary

To drive revenue growth and enhance strategic relationships with online resellers and digital distributors, the remote, full-time Director of HVAC Partnerships will manage key accounts, lead integration initiatives, and develop joint growth strategies in the eCommerce space.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for online reseller and marketplace partners
  • Build executive-level relationships and identify opportunities for sales and customer acquisition
  • Lead integration initiatives and monitor marketplace trends to drive partnership performance
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace partnerships, or business development
  • Strong understanding of online reseller business models and digital commerce ecosystems
  • Experience managing enterprise-level partnerships and strategic accounts
  • Familiarity with API integrations, EDI transactions, and order automation workflows
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
