Job Summary
To drive revenue and create enterprise-level partnerships, the remote Director of HVAC Partnerships will develop and manage executive-level relationships with private equity firms and strategic partners while identifying growth opportunities within the HVAC ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms and portfolio company leadership teams
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that drive customer acquisition and market expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize partnership value and lead executive business reviews
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or enterprise account management
- Strong understanding of private equity ownership models and portfolio company structures
- Experience in the HVAC, distribution, or related industries preferred
- Proven success in developing and growing large strategic accounts or partnerships
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
