Director of IAM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Identity Access Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic planning and implementation of the IAM program
• Manage IAM solution evaluations, vendor selection, and integration processes
• Ensure compliance with regulations and define IAM standards and policies

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software development and 7+ years in identity and access management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
• Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and solutions, including SSO and MFA
• Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions preferred
