Director of IAM

Job Summary

Leading a team of approximately 20, the full-time salaried Director of IAM will oversee identity management operations, including user access provisioning, privileged access management, and multi-factor authentication, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes an enterprise IAM strategy and reference architecture aligned with business goals
• Manages IAM project deliverables and collaborates with business process owners and stakeholders
• Develops and oversees the IAM department budget, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in information security, including 7+ years in identity and access management
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing IT professionals
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies, including user provisioning and multi-factor authentication
• Experience with IAM policy development and integration into enterprise infrastructure
