Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, architecture, and management of IAM and Directory Services
• Evaluate, develop, and test IAM technologies, providing cost-effective recommendations
• Collaborate with InfoSec, IT, and business stakeholders to align IAM initiatives with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of experience in IT and Information Security, focusing on IAM platforms and team leadership
• Proven success in building and managing enterprise IAM strategies and solutions
• Hands-on expertise with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD)
• Experience supporting hybrid/cloud environments and integrating IAM with enterprise systems
