Director of Identity Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Identity and Access Management to oversee IAM platforms and ensure security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and optimization of Workforce IAM, IGA, and PAM platforms
• Oversee service management for IAM platforms and develop policies for IAM processes
• Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate IAM initiatives and prepare reports for senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field
• Possession or progress towards certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ITIL
• Minimum of nine years of experience in systems administration and security
• Extensive experience in managing IAM programs in a leadership role
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
