Director of Identity Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Identity Access Management (IAM) to provide technical leadership and operational oversight for its IAM program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage globally distributed teams responsible for Identity Governance & Administration, Authentication, and Privileged Access Management
• Define and execute a comprehensive IAM governance framework for various identity types, including service accounts and API keys
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed IAM controls into product development and ensure operational health of IAM platforms

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Identity and Access Management, including IGA, Authentication, and PAM in large-scale enterprise environments
• Solid understanding of modern authentication protocols and risk management best practices
• Experience managing cloud identities and implementing secure authentication methods
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 8-10+ years of experience in a technical or security services role, including 5+ years of people management experience
