Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IDX Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop hiring plans and monitor team scheduling
• Maintain compliance with MLS rules and regulations
• Represent the company's interests and foster relationships with MLSs

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years managing ongoing projects with timelines
• Experience working with third parties enforcing regulatory standards
• Proven ability to resolve escalated client situations
• 2+ years Implementation and Project Management experience preferred
• Real Estate Industry knowledge preferred
