Director of Imaging Services

Job Summary

To enhance imaging services, the full-time Director of Imaging Services will manage clinical operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and oversee quality assurance programs while working in a hybrid on-site and remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates system-wide imaging functions, including strategic planning and compliance initiatives
• Implements and monitors a Quality Assurance Program to maintain high patient care standards
• Oversees human resources functions, including staff development, performance evaluations, and budget management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in a large radiology department, including 3 years in a management role
• Knowledge of various imaging modalities and healthcare administration principles
• Experience in financial management and human resource management
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
