Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end immigration and mobility operating model, ensuring scalability and clear governance
• Set strategy and guardrails for global talent hiring and movement, advising senior leaders on decisions
• Design and maintain global immigration and mobility policies aligned with the company's workforce strategy

Required Qualifications

• Proven ownership of global immigration and/or mobility programs in multi-country environments
• Strong judgment in navigating regulatory risk and business tradeoffs
• Experience in setting strategy, policies, and governance for growth and change
• Track record of measurable impact through vendor performance management and cost governance
• People leadership experience, including developing teams and establishing reporting metrics
