Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Impact + Evaluation who will define, measure, and communicate the real-world outcomes of their product.

Key Responsibilities

• Inform the organizational approach to measuring outcomes across all products
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks to assess efficacy and ROI of programs
• Conduct product data analysis to recommend enhancements and support cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in program evaluation, education research, or data analytics
• Deep understanding of K-12 systems and decision-making processes
• Strong data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R)
• Experience developing theories of change or educational frameworks
• Graduate degree in education, data science, psychology, or related fields preferred
