• Experience in impact evaluation and learning within nonprofit or philanthropic sectors
• Strong background in research methodologies and data analysis
• Ability to develop and refine impact frameworks
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
