Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the Impact Insights system to ensure coherence and scalability across analytics, evaluation, and research
• Set standards for analytic rigor and develop consistent methods for evaluation and insight generation
• Translate findings into clear, decision-relevant insights and narratives that inform organizational decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in analytics, evaluation, or applied research
• Demonstrated experience in designing scalable analytic or evaluation systems
• Strong analytic and evaluative fluency with experience in data visualization
• Master's degree required; PhD preferred
• Experience in education, early learning, or social impact contexts
