Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Implementation to lead the customer implementation experience and ensure seamless transitions for new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategic plan for the implementation organization, ensuring high-quality experiences for all customer segments
• Build and manage a high-performing implementation team, focusing on recruitment, coaching, and development
• Oversee the entire implementation journey, optimizing processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline) is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in technical solutions or professional services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of managing complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical acumen in software implementation methodologies and relevant tools
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams focused on customer success
