Director of Implementation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Implementation to provide strategic leadership and operational governance for client implementations in Group Benefit Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of implementation resources to ensure high-quality delivery of complex implementations
• Oversee end-to-end execution of multi-product implementations and manage workload balancing
• Drive operational excellence by establishing KPIs, identifying process improvements, and supporting transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in implementation, onboarding, or client delivery environments
• Strong understanding of group benefits products and multi-product implementation complexity
• Proven experience in matrixed, cross-functional environments
• Track record of driving operational excellence and scalable process improvements
• Undergraduate degree preferred with 5+ years of progressive leadership experience
