Director of Implementation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Implementation team's performance and productivity through process mapping and staff development
• Lead strategic customer engagements while managing a team of Implementation Managers
• Onboard suppliers to the platform and develop strategies for digital transformation within customer workflows

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or project-based work in healthcare or health tech, with at least 3 years in team management
• Experience with the setup, configuration, and technical integration of a SAAS product
• Proven track record in complex project management and guiding stakeholders through organizational transformation
• Broad knowledge of the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) landscape
• Familiarity with AI solutions, digital workflow automation, or system interoperability is a strong plus
