Director of Implementation

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for vertical software partners, the full-time Director of Implementation will manage a cross-functional team, optimize processes, and drive successful project execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Implementation team and manage concurrent implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and success metrics tracking
• Develop and optimize systems and processes for both implementation and post-implementation success while leading internal and external integration calls
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure smooth transitions throughout the implementation journey

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience with 4-6+ years in leading complex customer implementations in SaaS, fintech, or API-driven platforms
• Proven leadership experience managing teams with quantifiable performance improvements
• Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, payment processing concepts, and associated compliance requirements
• Experience in building AI-driven processes and automations
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences, including C-Suite clients and technical teams
