Job Summary
Leading the implementation organization remotely, the full-time salaried Director of Implementation will build and develop a high-performance team, ensure successful client launches, and manage escalation processes while driving continuous improvement in implementation quality across community banks and credit unions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performance implementation team, setting delivery quality and accountability standards
- Maintain real-time awareness of project status and proactively identify and resolve blockers impacting timelines
- Serve as the senior point of escalation for implementation issues, engaging directly with client executives and internal leadership
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of implementation, onboarding, or professional services experience within fintech or digital banking environments
- 5+ years of people management experience leading a team of implementation or project managers
- Demonstrated track record of building and developing high-performance implementation teams
- Proven ability to identify and remove blockers across cross-functional, technical, and client-side issues
- Exceptional project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
