Director of Implementation

Job Summary

Leading the implementation of a cutting-edge AI orchestration platform, the full-time Director of Implementation will manage end-to-end deployment processes, oversee a team of engineers, and ensure successful integration and adoption within customer environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete implementation process, from technical scoping to deployment and adoption
• Lead and manage a team of implementation engineers and solution architects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Translate customer requirements into actionable deployment plans while collaborating with the engineering team

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in leading technical implementations for software or platform products in enterprise environments
• Strong technical fluency in cloud technologies, integrations, and APIs
• Demonstrated people leadership experience in cross-functional or matrixed structures
• Experience managing customer relationships and navigating challenging conversations regarding scope and timelines
• Familiarity with AI-enabled development tools and workflows to enhance engineering processes
