Director of Implementation

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Director of Implementation will manage customer onboarding from contract signing to successful go-live, oversee implementation processes for both new and existing customers, and drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Implementation team, ensuring clarity in expectations and performance management
• Own the implementation experience, ensuring successful launches and long-term customer success
• Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes, tools, and metrics for scalability

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or related customer-facing functions, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with a proven track record of developing teams
• Experience leading complex software implementations with multiple stakeholders
• Strong systems orientation and technical curiosity, with a focus on automation and process improvement
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives
