Director of Implementation Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise B2B implementation team, the full-time Director of Implementation Engineering will drive the delivery of mission-critical integrations for over 250 enterprise partners, staying hands-on with technical work while transforming legacy processes into a flexible, AI-forward approach.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of the Implementation Engineering team to a code-first, AI-driven delivery model
• Oversee the delivery of solutions for enterprise customers, ensuring reliable handling of mission-critical communications
• Engage with customers to strengthen relationships and drive improvements in onboarding velocity and satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in engineering or implementation engineering, including 3+ years in a management role
• Experience with large enterprise customers and a customer-centric mindset
• Proficiency in configuring REST APIs and using Python for integrations
• Hands-on experience in coding and troubleshooting technical solutions
• Strong communication skills to represent the company credibly to enterprise stakeholders
