Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Implementation in the Health Insurance TPA sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead new client implementations, product/service implementations, and platform migrations
  • Manage a team of Managers, Specialists, and Coordinators for project success
  • Develop key performance indicators, facilitate continuous service improvement, and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in client relationship management and project management
  • 3+ years of direct leadership experience
  • Experience in health plan insurance, benefits administration, or Third Party Administrators
  • Previous experience working directly with clients or brokers
