Director of Implementation Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Express Implementation Support - North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level triage support for implementation teams during Express Solutions delivery
• Act as a liaison to the Solution Network Development team for addressing issues and feature ratification
• Participate in knowledge development and dissemination regarding Express Solutions documentation and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in CPM or ERP software implementations or development
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Understanding of financial concepts and financial statements
• Experience with MS Office, including MS Project
