Director of Implementations

Job Summary

Director of Implementations, this full-time, salaried position is responsible for leading implementation and eligibility functions, creating scalable processes for client launches, and managing a diverse portfolio of healthcare partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute implementation playbooks for high-quality client launches
• Manage end-to-end implementation for large-scale clients, ensuring data quality and eligibility processes
• Build and deliver real-time visibility into the implementation pipeline and track key success metrics

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in complex technical implementations within the healthcare ecosystem
• Proven track record with Health Plans, Health Systems, Employers, and/or SLED clients at scale
• Experience managing multiple concurrent implementations across various complexities
• Deep understanding of healthcare data exchange standards and eligibility file management
• Experience with CRM tools for implementation tracking and automation solutions
