Job Summary

Leading implementation delivery in a fully remote capacity, the full-time salaried Director of Implementations will oversee multiple teams, ensuring successful onboarding and operational excellence while aligning with organizational goals and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor implementation managers and teams to achieve strategic and operational objectives
• Oversee implementation programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with company standards
• Drive process improvements and operational performance metrics to support scalable and efficient practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementations, operations, or delivery leadership
• Proven experience managing multi-layered teams in complex environments
• Strong leadership presence with a proactive, results-driven approach
• Experience delivering large, complex projects; formal PM certifications not required
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
