Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Incentives Strategy to lead the design and optimization of commissions and incentives programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a scalable and competitive commissions and incentives structure aligned with business objectives
  • Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, including territory design and quota allocation
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of performance-based compensation plans
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, performance management, or compensation design
  • Proven experience in developing and managing commission/incentive structures in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of sales and revenue operations, financial modeling, and performance metrics
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with performance management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
