Director of Incident Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, IDD Incident Management and Quality Outcomes, Performance-Based Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of incident management, ensuring compliance and high-quality reporting
• Lead the development of incident review processes and use data analytics to identify risks and prevention strategies
• Manage program development, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience in incident management and quality assurance within a healthcare or non-profit setting
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
• Strong financial management skills, including budget development and P&L responsibility
• Experience with data analytics tools, such as PowerBI, for monitoring program performance
• Advanced degree in a related field preferred
