Director of Incident Management Products

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution for incident management products, the full-time Director of Incident Management Products will define product roadmaps, integrate analytics into workflows, and manage a small team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for fiResponse, Tactical Analyst, and related incident management capabilities
• Lead the integration of weather and fire behavior analytics into incident management workflows for field commanders and dispatch centers
• Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 Product Managers, ensuring high standards for product execution and fostering their professional growth

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing product teams
• Direct experience in incident management operations, including fire agencies and emergency dispatch environments
• Strong understanding of Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and their integration with tactical tools
• Proven track record of building products for mission-critical, time-sensitive operational environments
• Deep experience translating complex data into intuitive interfaces for non-technical users under pressure
