Director of Incident Response

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers and project managers, the full-time Director of Incident Response will provide operational oversight and management to enhance recovery efforts for victims of ransomware attacks in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagement scoping with ransomware victims and forensic partners to align engineering resources with client needs
• Manage workload distribution and team utilization across multiple incident response engagements
• Drive the development and updating of runbooks for cloud and on-premises restoration efforts

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years in IT infrastructure engineering and leadership
• Recent experience leading engineering teams in complex, high-stakes engagements
• 7+ years of relevant IT infrastructure engineering experience, including endpoint security and Microsoft technologies
• Ability to manage teams of up to 24 members and respond beyond normal business hours
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Information Technology, Business, Operations, or relevant field experience preferred
