Director of Incident Response

Job Summary

Providing leadership in incident response engagements, the full-time salaried Director of Incident Response will manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and mentor team members while delivering high-quality cyber defense services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strong technical skills in cyber defense and incident response assignments
• Act as Case Manager, structuring projects, managing resources, and providing commercially viable advice to clients
• Develop and maintain key client relationships, ensuring adherence to high standards of service and integrity

Required qualifications

• Minimum six years of incident response experience, preferably in a consultancy role
• Certifications such as CREST IR, CFCE, ENCE, or GIAC are beneficial
• Extensive experience managing complex cases and resources effectively
• Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language of the position is required
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects
