Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven experience applying an intersectional equity lens in business settings
• Demonstrated expertise in change management and leading organizational shifts
• Strong project and program management skills with a history of successful initiative launches
• Experience in data analysis and impact measurement related to equity
• Background in creating and facilitating training and development programs
