Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, IC Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by identifying and closing new independent contractors and associate branches
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential independent advisors and branches
• Manage day-to-day relationships with external contracted partners to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications:

• 7-10 years' experience in the travel industry
• Proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in closing large deals
• Experience in managing client relationships across multiple divisions
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills
• Demonstrated high-level decision-making and change management abilities
