Director of Indirect Procurement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Indirect Procurement to lead and scale their sourcing strategy across all non-product spend categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive indirect procurement strategy aligned with company goals
• Lead sourcing across various indirect spend categories and negotiate enterprise agreements
• Build and manage a high-performing supplier ecosystem and implement performance tracking frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership in procurement or sourcing
• Strong experience negotiating IT, facilities, and professional services contracts
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, vendor management, and procurement operations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
